Christian Center Church | Reception & Celebration

When your bride and groom are part of a large community, they celebrate with everyone! Our couple began with a sunny, gorgeous day in Tacoma at the Pacific Christian Center Church for their ceremony. Lots of laughter — and special touches — There’s a deep connection here since the groom’s father is the minister, his mother serves in several roles, and the groom is involved with youth leadership. Naturally, the minister for the ceremony was his father! The musicians and choir were amazing as friends and family gathered together to be part of their special day. Afterwards, the happy couple celebrated with toasts and cake. After much love, and many hugs, they headed for the Hotel 1,000 in Seattle for dinner, more cake, more toasts, and spectacular dancing from all.

It was a day of elegance–the bride chose a long train that was later bustled for the dancing—and more dancing (when the bride was dressed, the little girls thought she looked like an angel and we did, too). Grey suits for the men with touches of blue; blue bridesmaids dresses; a bouquet of blush colors; crystals and uplighting on the reception cake; personal touches everywhere. I love it when a bride and groom have time to mingle with guests because they clearly have fun. And when they stand together as a couple to thank their many friends and family. Since everyone knew them well, there were lots of stories to share! Congratulations to allĀ and many thanks to the talented Hildebrand Weddings Photography who had me join in on the wonderful day.
